Los dedos del diablo
Client: Carlos Fidalgo & Mueve tu Lengua Editorial | Year: 2023
Collaboration with the Spanish publishing house Mueve tu Lengua: Los Dedos del Diablo.
I had the pleasure of working on the cover and interior illustrations for the book "Los Dedos del Diablo," written by Carlos Fidalgo. This book is a collection of fifty interconnected stories that delve into the origins of rock and roll, from the rise of Elvis Presley to the iconic moment when Jimi Hendrix set his guitar on fire at the Monterey Pop Festival.
My aim was to capture the essence of rock and roll through vibrant and evocative illustrations that complemented Fidalgo's energetic narrative. Each image sought to immerse the reader in the unique atmosphere of each story, inviting them to explore the exciting universe of rock and roll from a fresh visual perspective.
I hope that my work has helped enrich the reading experience and has enabled readers to enjoy an exhilarating journey through the origins of this musical genre.
